Laws of Declaration

The Green Declaration Of Unity

This is the ‘Green Declaration of Unity’ and all GACP members and soldiers of all ranks will abide by these laws and rules layed out.

SECTION 1

CODE 123. This is for emergency’s only and can only be used for a fair occasion, not out of anger or depression. Section 1, code 123 states that if a leader is abusing and/or taking control of powers that are not immidiate to him/her then a vote shall be placed to overthrow or otherwise throw that leader out of power permanently.

CODE 234. This code states that if an invasion and/or take-over of a server or peice of land happens, all GACP will take action doing something, going onto chat page, leaving comments, or fighting but if at all possible do as much as you can. An immediate post and alert level will be posted the second an author see’s what is happening or gets the news.

CODE 666. This code states that if a hack or take over of the main website happens, one of the authors will immediatly make another wordpress page to carry on the news of what has happened and will leave a quick post saying the new website address and the alert level.

CODE 124. Followed immediatly after CODE 123 unless the next-highest rank takes over and everyone agrees, if not, an election vote will be held to find out who will be the new leader. The cantidates will need to be moderator rank or above to participate in being a cantidate.

CODE 967. This states that if a poll or vote is hacked, and immediate new one will be posted and the old one removed. The new poll/vote will take place one week after the hack to make sure safety it maintanted at a high level of security. The new one will be password protected and the password will only be givin out to trustworthy people, if someone has a good reason or doubt about another person, that person will NOT get it. This cycle repeats itself.

CODE 968. This code is put into order when and if a person has a good reason or doubt about another and the doubted person can defend himself and immeadiate meeting will be held with the leaders to set up the court apperance time and place. If the doubted person has sufficiant evidence, he/she is fine and the accuser will go through a series of questions by one of the leaders saying why. This is after both people (The accused and the accuser) give there side of the story seperatly.

CODE 345. This represents all soldiers and not any leaders or authors. If a soldier of a rank lower than leader and is not an author and wants to make an important post but is not an author then that person will talk to a leader and then make a post in comment form and one of the leaders will copy and paste it into a post. The person must give the reason for the post. The leader that is going to post it may correct mistakes or non-correct statements before posting it. This is a called “Stickying”. If the leader does not agree with the reason or what the post says, he/she does not have to post it or can ask other leaders.

CODE 117. This states that if there is an arguement in main chat and is is annoying other members of GACP, you MUST take it into a PM (Private message) or PC (Pritvate chat) unless a leader wants to hear what is going on and wants to join in and correct anyone. Others may jump in if any rank but if someone other than a leader wants them to keep it in main, there needs to be a quick vote and three other people need to agree.

CODE 560. This states that if an owner or moderator is abusing there powers by banning and kicking unfairly, they will be demoted to member right away. If the person that is abusing there power has something to say and think he/she can defend herself, refer to CODE 968.

CODE213. This states that ANY punishment that is givin will be taken. Any leader who tries to get that punished person will have consuquences over a meeting of all the leaders along with the accused. The punishment can be taken away or shortened by a meeting with all the leaders and who-ever decides to come and vote, 40% of the people have to vote for something to happen. A simple “VOTE” from ANYONE that was not there during the trial cannot vote at all. The vote will not be taken as a post of page, only another ‘trial’ of some-sort on the chat can be legal. So you cannot post a public vote or comment or page that anyone can do.

SUB SECTION – A

CODE331. This states that any punishment that is given to a leader can be taken away, IF the leader shows legitimate proof/info that proofs he was right or the other patricipant was wrong.. and vice versa. This cannot contridict with the other CODES in any way. The proof MUST be agree-able with everyone otherwise it is’nt legitimate proof. Pictures, video, audio are legitimate proof pieces, not what you saw or think.

CODE322. This states that any person takes action that they are not supposed to take, when leaders say not to, or if they break a sentance, they will be kicked once, then twice for a second warning, then if it happens again, BANNED. The time limit depends on what happened. If that person is a moderator or owner, they will be simply warned with a chat demotion, owner to mod, mod to member. Also, along side the kicks, if they get to the point where it is a bann, they are demoted one rank or are put on probation.

SECTION 2

CODE 220. You cannot demote a leader unless they have 3 probation sentances or any other 3 sentances. The only exception to demote a leader if they dont have 3 punishments is that there is 100% non-arguable proof that they abuse there power or already have. Otherwise you cannot “demote” but you can pro-long there sentace if they get to out-of-hand, so warn them with 2 kicks and no more.

CODE 096. You cannot ask to be a moderator or owner or even a member if your a guest. (That would only happen if you are on a probation period) You can wait and earn your rank or if your really getting to know some people and your respectable you can be on the “Hand-picked mod line” and thats something special. If you do ask once, a warning, then twice, a kick, and three times a bann from 30 minutes to an hour.

CODE 34. This states that if any codes are broken more than ten times you will be BANNED FOREVER. The only exception to this is that some Codes don’t apply to this one, SECTION1  CODE123,  SECTION1 CODE 117,  SECTION1 CODE124,  and SECTION1 CODE666.

CODE993. All leaders must be fair to lower ranks, other armies in the past have ignored there lower troops and have lost many. Treat others like you treat your freinds and respect everyone, if you see a question that is being asked on the chat more than once, be a freind and answer it, if you dont know, tell that person, one minute, ill check or wait for someone else to answer.

CODE 341. If any changes are made the the website, the format, pages edit ETC. then tell another leader or trusted high rank and decide, you need at least two people to decide on what happens. If a website is going to be deleted make an announcement post 1 month before or at least, 2 weeks. If there is a new one, make it before that post and then put the link in the post saying the name of the new one and any Tags if there are any. Make sure no one is editing the site when the format is changed or when deleting because someone might be doing something.

CODE003. Any post or piece of information that interacts negativly with one of the other codes will be put in violation and that post, and/or message will be deleted, not out of anger or negativeness against that person but because it is a fair code that everyone will abibe by.

CODE 222. This states that if an UNNECESSARY posts are made, they will be violated with spam. This is because the home page is for information not about this “one” person or “one small” subject. All posts address everyone in GACP. Posts are not to be made to get back at anyone or any negative reasons.

CODE 676. This states that on the GACP chat, you cannot say anything that will start a fight, and dont lie, its easy to tell if you are. This is everything that can be negative, calling people names, bringing up old subjects, accusing in main are not permitted.

CODE 333. If our ‘enemys’ choose to help us in a battle or war. LET THEM. If we need help and they offer it, take it, it good be for the better good. If our allies come then let them also. Unless there is a tournament and the rules say no helping, then they can’t but thats the only thing stopping help from getting to us.

CODE 662. If a member has committed several small crimes not worth large punishment a decision is made. Any two members above the mod line may decide what to do. If the action needs a quick punishment, one may be made on the spot that follows code. BUT if the punishment, even if reasonable at the time, is too harsh, leaders will discuss actions against this. A trial may be set for abusing power and/or the other fitting charge.

CODE 051. This has to do with chat. Some people can’t be kicked, in place of a direct kick comes a warning then a .1 hour ban. That combination is equal to a kick.
